(1) This Act may be called “Competition Promotion and Market Protection Act, 2063 (2007).”
(2) This Act shall extend to the whole of the State of Nepal, and shall also apply to any person who commits an act contrary to this Act in any place
outside Nepal.
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
